Our strongest association with silver is with starry or moonlight nights – very romantic.
On the other side silver is often seen as the ‘poor woman’s gold’. Let’s look beyond that perception.
Silver is a colour that balances and harmonises and has a softening feminine touch to it. It is about changing as it helps you become mentally clear about your life.
As a colour or a metal, silver looks beautiful on women with a cool colouring.
On women who are letting their hair go grey naturally or whose hair is already silver grey, you can use silver to either bring out your softer side or show your strong and dramatic personality.
Those of you with darker hair will more likely age to a silver-coloured grey rather than a snowy white. The colour is not a dull white; it’s sparkling white. Think Meryl Streep in ‘The Devil wears Prada’.
Red looks absolutely fabulous on silver-haired women.
